The Market Driven Portfolio invests through socially responsible funds in public companies, debt, and real estate. Our fund managers engage with their investments to improve the environmental, social, and corporate governance practices of some the largest and most powerful corporations in the world. Importantly, these funds have the same level of risk and return as traditional investments, in many cases outperforming their standard investment benchmarks. The portfolio is fully diversified and we hope it will provide an model SRI portfolio for individuals and small institutions.

The Mission Driven Portfolio follows the approach of many large foundations in using low-risk investments to have a measurable social impact in their area of focus. We are focusing our Mission Driven investments on the same areas of concern as many Dwight Hall student groups. Specifically, we invest in local community development banks that lend to local businesses and families.
